‘Sense, decide, do’: how Reading FC academy are working to develop better decision-makers

-  Developing a model to help coaches’ understand the decision-making process

- ‘Educating attention’ towards in possession and out of possession movements and patterns

- Using elite player role models to help develop young player decision-making
