Sheffield United midfielder, Ben Osborn, believes young players can have a successful professional career if they can identify their strengths and dedicate themselves to improving those areas.

“What I've noticed in the professional game is that you can make a career from being really good at your strengths, especially if you play a certain position,” explains Osborn, who made 27 Premier League appearances for the Blades during 2020/21.

“You can always work on other stuff, but if you have the fundamentals and the right attitude and then you've got certain aspects of your game that are really good, I think you've probably got more of a chance of having a career in the game.”
