The danger with ‘lifting’ coaching practices off the internet is that the content may fail to ‘meet the needs of your own players’, says Liverpool FC’s head of academy coach development, Martin Diggle.
“One of the things that the internet has provided, which in many ways has been a good thing, but it has also been the worst of things, is that you can find a million and one different coaching practices and games on the internet.”
