Young players who transition into senior professional football must show ‘sacrifice, selflessness, and a willingness to help others’ says former MK Dons manager and England U16 coach Dan Micciche.

“Young players who step up to the first-team must show that they have a selfless side,” explains Micciche, speaking in January this year. “They have to show a willingness to help others and to sacrifice themselves for the good of the squad and the club.”
